CURRICULUM DEL INSTRUCTOR

Currently Mario Falcone has 7th degree black belt, a hierarchical rank in martial arts,  being the only one in the State of Tamaulipas who has achieve this and no more than five Mexican have done it; relatively only a few worldwide have achieve it  and  has a 6th Degree Black Belt officially approved by the World Karate Federation.
 
Because of his successful life as Martial Artist, in 2005 he was selected and entered to the Sports Hall of Fame of Mexico (Tamaulipas) during Tomas Yarrington Ruvalcaba’s period as Governor of this State.

In Law Enforcement, Mario Falcone has been notoriously outstanding as well due he has transferred his Martial Arts' discipline and knowledge to the security world and to his students.

In 1982 he started in the field of Law Enforcement teachings; this was during the period of Dr. Emilio Martinez Manautou as governor of the State of Tamaulipas.

In 1997 he opens a new cycle in his protective career when he joined as part of the Staff Members of the team of the U.S. recognized instructor "Bob” Duggan, founder of the most prestigious bodyguard’s schools in the world, ESI-Lifeforce. Since the first moment, Mario Falcone proved not only his courage and skills as martial artist, but also as an outstanding & skilled instructor in protective tactics & techniques, so Bob Duggan motivated and encouraged him to open a new project in education and training for the Professional Executive Protection in Mexico. 

For this, he went under the Professional Executive Protection Training under ESI-Lifeforce, receiving the professional knowledge from Jack McGeorge, a former C.I.A. member and an outstanding Security Detail Leader of 3 former Vice-Presidents of the United States of America, and from Mr. Bob Duggan, CEO of ESI-Lifeforce.

After this, in 1997, Instruction & Consulting for Professional Security (I.C.P.S.) was born, and since then I.C.P.S. – Falcone’s System International, it's one of the most important and prestigious Consulting Firm and Law Enforcement & Bodyguard's Training Academy in Latin America, opening in 2009 a branch of his company in the United States.

At the same time he opened his company, he created his own dynamic, simple and complete system to solve any physical and hostile confrontation efficiently, for the defense of surprising attacks against an unarmed or armed opponent, having its origin in Martial Arts, but with a combination of Survival Tactics & with a deep emphasis on the Correct Observation. It has dynamic and effective techniques that work as well for any person and for Law Enforcement Officers, who should follow the specific principles for the Use of Force. His system is based on the Code of Bushido, the moral guide of most of the samurai, which has seven essential principles: 1. Rectitude and Justice, 2. Heroic value, 3. Compassion, 4. Courtesy, 5. Honor, 6. Absolute Sincerity, 7. Duty and Loyalty

He called his method Falcone’s System and now, his system has been recognized as one of the most effective Self Defense Systems, with presence not only in Mexico, but also in the United States, United Arab Emirates and the Persian Gulf region, and some countries of Europe & South America.

Since 1997 to date, Mario Falcone offers his services as a Consultant & Professional Training to Law Enforcement, Private Security Companies & Corporations, Civilians, Escorts & Bodyguards in several countries.

He has qualified, formed and trained hundreds of bodyguards of important Corporations, Businesses, Military and Federal & State Government. Among his students, there are citizens of Canada, United States, Japan, Fiji, Hungary, Spain, Israel, Philippines, Argentina, Venezuela, Peru, Ecuador, Honduras, Costa Rica, Bolivia & Panama.

Some of his experience serving as Security & Law Enforcement Instructor & Consultant includes:

In 1998, during the period of Enrique Cardenas del Avellano as Mayor of the City of Victoria, Mario Falcone received the commitment of the police training. This caused an important participation of the whole corporation in the fight against offenders, delinquency and criminals. For this reason, Victoria City received the award as the safest city in the state and got the 3rd place nationwide.

In 1999 & 2000, for 8 months, Mario Falcone was hired by Mr. Humberto Valdez Richaud, Mayor of Reynosa, Tamaulipas, Mexico to train more than 800 police officers of the city. This made the city to be ranked as the Safest Border City of Mexico with the United States during that period (from Matamoros to Tijuana). 

Also, in this period, Mario Falcone trained over 2000 police officers over the cities of: San Fernando, with Dr. Gabriel De La Garza as Mayor; Rio Bravo, with Juan Antonio Guajardo as Mayor, and Valle Hermoso.

Later, during the period of Eugenio Hernandez as Mayor of Victoria, it was accepted Mario Falcone's proposal for the professionalization of the city police and he trained and certified the police and traffic corporations with the purpose that all the officers may pass the CENEVAL test (government official examinations); this objective was easily accomplished, thanks to Falcone´s knowledge and the Tactical Police Intervention Techniques he taught.

In 2004 he was hired by the Government of the State of Guanajuato, Mexico to give 3 professional Special Forces Training courses for the State Police.

Since august 2004 to date, he serves as Security Chief Head of Executive Protection of the Transpais Corporation and Jebla Group. Currently he performs the functions of Personal Advisor on Strategic Security for the CEOS of these two companies.

On 2007 he was hired by the Government of the State of Durango, Mexico to give 3 professional Special Forces Training courses for the State Police.

On July & August 2010, he selected, trained and certified the Personal Protection Detail Members (16), for the elected mayor of Reynosa, Tamaulipas, Everardo Villarreal.

On September 2010, he selected, trained and certified the Personal Protection Detail Members (8) for the elected Mayor of Cd. Victoria, Tamaulipas, C. P. Miguel Gonzalez Salum.

On November 2010, in a private meeting in Dona, TX, he gave a consulting service to Ing. Juan de Dios Guajardo Anzaldua, elected Mayor of Rio Bravo, Tamaulipas, for the future integration of his Personal Protective Detail.

Since September 2010 to date, he is advisor of the Sheriff Candidate for Hidalgo County in Tx, USA, Giovanni Hernandez.

Up to now, we can say that he has trained since 1997 more than 5000 people in different areas of Strategic Security Business and the 3 Government Levels, including the Military in Mexico and other several countries.
